What started as teaching branch-level operations evolved into building a scalable eLearning framework, co-leading LMS transitions, and partnering with leadership to turn training into a strategic growth lever. It was here that I realized I naturally think in systems: spotting inefficiencies, architecting improved workflows, and translating business needs into repeatable, measurable solutions.
